Scope of application: local temperature performance and aging test; Connect with the mes system to collect data.
Test room requirements:
1. Indoor size: length x width x height: 2700X1800X2200 (unit: mm).
2. The opposite safety door is used in front of the house. See the photo for the style.
3. The back wall of the whole house is two opposite doors for maintenance.
4. There is an exhaust fan on the rear ceiling of the house. The fan is an axial flow fan with an air flow of 3000 m3.
5. The static pressure in the room does not exceed 4KPa, and a breathing hole is required.
6. The house is thermally and soundly insulated, and the noise is less than 85 dB.
7. One hot and cold blower is installed on the roof, and the velocity of cold air (indoor temperature air) is 14m/s at the outlet pipe (pipe diameter is about 100); The speed of hot air is 10m/s
8. The hot air blower system includes 17 1KW heating pipes.
9. There is a partition net about the position between the test workpiece and the transmission part, and the detailed parameters are provided by our customer.
