Function introduction

This drying room is a large drying room with an effective volume of about 87m3 and a maximum drying temperature of 150 ℃,

Three sets of hot air circulation system, with strong wind and reasonable air distribution. Centralized control, SCR+PID control is adopted for each set of heating, with high precision, large drying amount and good effect.

Working principle:

The drying room is composed of insulation room, air blower, heat exchange room, air duct pipeline and control system,

The air is heated in the heat exchange room and sent to the drying room through the hot air blower to mix with the air in the drying room and participate in the heat exchange. The mixed air enters the heat exchange room again for heating, and then is sent to the drying room for heat exchange (convection) after heating, so as to achieve the purpose of heating repeatedly in turn.
